Integer is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. Due to the immediate access nature of digital services, we have the following refund policy:

2.1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment if:
- You have not extensively used the service (created fewer than 10 orders, 10 items and 5 contacts)
- The service does not perform as advertised
- You experience technical issues we cannot resolve within 48 hours
2.2. After 7 Days
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds after 7 days
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Custom development: Any custom features or integrations
- Used service time: Portion of service already used
- Third-party costs: Payment processing fees, API costs, etc.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email: IntgerFT@outlook.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include: Your account email and reason for request
- Response time: We will respond within 24 business hours
5. Refund Processing
- Timeline: 7-10 business days after approval
- Method: Refunded to original payment method
- Service access: Terminated immediately upon refund processing
6. Special Circumstances
6.1. Service Downtime
If our service experiences downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours, we will issue service credits or partial refunds.
6.2. Billing Errors
If we make a billing error (double charge, wrong amount), we will issue a full refund within 48 hours.
6.3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of your billing period with no further charges.
7. Free Tier
Our free tier plan requires no payment information. No refunds are necessary as no charges occur before conversion.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your refund was wrongly denied:

- We will review your case within 72 hours
- If unresolved, you may dispute through our payment processor (Paddle)
9. Policy Changes
We may update this policy with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification.
