1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Integer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Integer is operated by Fedlallah Aboubakr, an independent developer, and not by a registered company. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Integer is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides business management & operations hub. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your password
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect data necessary to provide our service.

We are NOT in the business of selling, sharing, or monetizing your personal information.

4.1. What We Collect and Why

Integer collects and stores the following information:

4.2. What We DO NOT Do With Your Data

❌ We NEVER sell your personal information to third parties
❌ We NEVER share your data with advertisers
❌ We NEVER use your data for marketing to others
❌ We NEVER track you across other websites
❌ We DO NOT access your data unless necessary for support or troubleshooting (and only with your permission)

4.3. Data Security

We take data security seriously:

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
All data is encrypted at rest in our database
We use industry-standard security practices
Access to your data is restricted to essential service operations only

4.4. Your Data Rights

You have complete control over your data:

Access: You can view all your data at any time in your account
Export: You can export your data in CSV/PDF format
Delete: You can delete specific data or your entire account at any time
Correction: You can update or correct your data anytime in Settings

4.5. Data Retention

Active account data is retained as long as your account is active
If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days (in case you want to reactivate)
After 30 days of account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers
Backups are retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery, then permanently deleted

4.6. Third-Party Services

Integer uses the following third-party services to operate:

Supabase: Database and authentication (data hosting provider)
Vercel: Application hosting
Resend: Email delivery for transactional emails only

These providers have access to your data only as necessary to provide their services and are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.

Important: Any business information you provide (company name, address, tax ID) is stored SOLELY for the purpose of appearing on invoices you generate. This is standard practice for all invoicing software and is necessary for legal compliance in most jurisdictions.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1. Subscription Plans

Integer offers various subscription plans including a free tier and paid plans. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

5.2. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
If a payment becomes due and is not completed, the user’s account will be temporarily locked until payment is made. If the account remains unpaid for 15 days, it will be permanently deleted along with all associated data.

5.3. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fedlallah Aboubakr (operating under the project name “Integer”).

7.2. Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in that policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Complete security of data transmission
That defects will be corrected immediately

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant service disruptions.

10. Termination

10.1. By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

10.2. By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent activity
Cause harm to the Service or other users

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER (Fedlallah Aboubakr) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Integer harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
